Product Guarantees
We stand behind every knife and kitchen tool we sell with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it unused within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
All Mad Shark® branded knives and kitchen tools come with a forever guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace any defective item free of charge. Simply return the defective item to us with proof of purchase.
Mad Shark® Knives come specially hardened for lasting sharpness. We guarantee every knife will retain its razor sharp edge for at least 1 year with normal household use. Simply return any knife that fails to meet this standard for free sharpening or replacement.
Online Orders
When you place an order on our website, we will send a confirmation email detailing your purchase. We strive to ship all in-stock orders within 1 business day. Custom or personalized orders may take 1-2 weeks to fulfill.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking information emailed to you. We ship most orders for a flat rate of $8.95 within the continental USA. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
For your security, we require a signature for delivery on all orders over $200. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt delivery again the next business day. You may request the carrier to leave an order without obtaining a signature by providing delivery instructions at checkout.
We charge sales tax for orders shipped to addresses in states where we have a physical presence or per state regulations. See our full sales tax policy for details.
Returns & Exchanges
To return an item, please email us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship via a traceable method to:

We must receive the return within 30 days of original purchase. Enclose a copy of the original packing slip or proof of purchase.
Returned items must be unused in original packaging to receive a refund. We do not accept returns on personalized or custom orders.
Exchanges receive free shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
